Breakfast was great. Especially the make your own waffle station!! Eggs & sausage too. The staff that were attending to the breakfast were AWESOME! Very attentive to a family that just arrived 10:10. They offered the family the items they'd just put away & made a couple sausage patties so everyone got one. That was above & beyond. She could've easily said, sorry, it's closed. But, instead, she took care of the guest. Outstanding. Both breakfast attendees kept the dining area wiped down frequently too. Which we appreciated that, too. Only semi negative point was that on site parking was slim. But, enjoyed seeing the farm animals literally across the street!!!

I liked how when we first arrive to check in. That the first desk clerk was acceptable to our room location. We also admired her patience with dealing with a customer that appeared to be having an issue. Our room wasn’t quite ready, but we were fine with that. When we came back. There was a different front desk clerk. He was dealing with a verbal abusive customer. He kept clam and still helped the customer out. Staff here are exceptional. This is our third time here. We will definitely be back.

My phone died in the middle of then night and I woke up feeling confused, it was daylight savings time I didn’t have a charger so I went to front desk and the attendant was kind enough to loan me hers .

Location is perfect right off of the highway. Polite and very helpful check inn. Room was clean, spacious and comfy bed. Breakfast was hot and well stocked.

The location was close to the Cowtown rodeo, which was our destination and close to Delaware, which we went and explore a bit.
